A simple V60 recipe you can repeat.pour with a memory

Use a clean baseline, change one thing at a time, and keep your notes close to the bean. Tamped keeps recipes, timers, beans, and ratings connected.

Pour structure

Bloom

Pour 45g water and wait 30 to 45 seconds. Swirl gently if the bed is dry.

Main pour

Pour to 180g in slow circles. Keep the stream steady and avoid the paper wall.

Finish

Pour to 288g, swirl once, and let the bed draw down flat.

Adjust by taste

Sour

Grind finer, use hotter water, or extend the drawdown slightly.

Bitter

Grind coarser, reduce agitation, or use a lower temperature.

Flat

Try fresher beans, a cleaner grinder, or a recipe with more extraction.
